Reservation Policies

  • We ask for a credit card to hold reservations. No charge is incurred unless it is cancelled less than 12 hours prior to booking. There may be a fee of $25 per person if cancellations are made after that window.
  • Please call to notify us of a late arrival
  • Please note, dining time for dinner parties of 4 or less is limited to 2 hours, and 2.5 hours for parties of 5 or more. We ask you to respect your table time and the reservation following you. 
  • We will do our absolute best to accommodate special requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed
  • Parties of 9 or more, please give us a call at 385-295-4200
  • A 2% fee applied to food, removable upon request, will be added to your check for the benefit of our non-tipped hourly kitchen associates.  They and we thank you for your consideration!  The family owners separately pay for health, retirement and other employee benefits.

Where to Park

VALET PARKING

Valet parking is available for Urban Hill guests, except on Sundays. To access the valet service, when heading west on 500 S, simply turn left on Paper Lane (325 W), and the valet team will be there to greet you.

PARKING GARAGE

The parking garage is accessible from either 300 W or Gale St. To access it, simply turn onto Gale St from 500 S, or directly into the garage from 300 W heading south. Don’t forget to retain your ticket and request validation for your parking.   *Please see graphic below.

Traeger Lot

If heading west bound on 500 S., turn left on 350 W. and the Traeger lot is on the right. Parking is available for guests after 4 pm on weekdays, and open on weekends with few exceptions. Please retain your license plate and validate via QR code at the host stand.

North Lot

Parking is available at the lot north of Urban Hill on 500 S. Please validate at the host stand via QR code.
